The biggest factor. Each fully verified event — where the host confirms your participation and performance — adds significant weight to your score. More verified events = higher trust.
Reviews & Ratings (30%)
Your average rating from verified events matters. Sub-ratings for professionalism, communication, value, and quality are all factored in. Consistency matters more than perfection.
Endorsements (15%)
Peer endorsements from other verified professionals contribute to your score. Quality endorsements from established professionals carry more weight.
Response Rate (10%)
How quickly and consistently you respond to host inquiries. Professionals who respond within 4 hours to 80%+ of messages see the biggest boost here.
Profile Completeness (5%)
A complete profile with bio, portfolio, services, and availability signals professionalism. This is the easiest factor to max out.
