Payment Infrastructure Fee

A transparent 0.5% fee is applied on payments processed through Event Connective. This funds secure, reliable multi-gateway payment infrastructure, monitoring, and rapid issue resolution.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Standard processing fees apply (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). Funds are held in escrow and released after event verification.

Multi-Gateway Freedom

Choose the payment gateway that works best for your business -- Stripe, Square, PayPal, and more. The 0.5% infrastructure fee covers the complexity of supporting multiple gateways.

The 0.5% payment infrastructure fee has no effect on ranking, trust signals, or visibility. It is clearly disclosed in reports and dashboards, never hidden or bundled.

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Professionals receive payouts directly to their connected bank account.

Event Connective applies a 0.5% fee on payments processed through the platform. This funds payment reliability, multi-gateway support, security compliance, and rapid issue resolution. It is fully transparent and has no effect on ranking or trust signals.

What is the Launch Offer?

New Event Pros can start at $15/month for their first 6 months. This lets you build your profile, trust signals, and Verified Event Chain before moving to the Core Marketplace plan. Available once per account.

Is the CRM included in marketplace plans?

No. CRM tools are a separate subscription launching after the marketplace is established. This ensures the CRM is fully built and reliable before release. Marketplace plans give you everything you need to get discovered and booked.
