What does the Launch Offer include?
The Launch Offer gives new Event Pros full marketplace access at $15/month for their first 6 months. Build your profile, trust signals, and Verified Event Chain. After 6 months, you move to the Core Marketplace plan. Available once per account.
How does the Verified Event Chain work?
After you work an event, the host verifies your participation. This creates a verified record that can never be faked. Over time, your chain of verified events builds a trustworthy reputation that helps you win more bookings.
When do I get paid?
Payments are processed through your chosen gateway (Stripe, Square, PayPal, etc.). After the host verifies the event is complete, funds are released to your connected bank account within 2-3 business days. Deposits are held securely until event completion.
What is the 0.5% payment infrastructure fee?
A transparent fee on payments processed through Event Connective. It funds multi-gateway support, payment monitoring, security compliance, and rapid issue resolution. It is clearly disclosed and has no effect on ranking or trust signals.
Can I set my own pricing?
Absolutely. You have full control over your rates, service packages, and add-ons. We never dictate pricing. Create packages with transparent pricing so hosts know exactly what they're getting.
What service types are supported?
We support 17+ service categories including DJs, photographers, videographers, caterers, florists, bands, MCs, planners, decorators, bartenders, and more. If your specialty isn't listed, contact us.
How do trust scores and badges work?
Your trust score is calculated from verified events, review ratings, endorsements from other pros, response time, and profile completeness. As your score grows, you earn bronze, silver, gold, and platinum badges that display on your profile. Badges are earned, never purchased.
When will CRM tools be available?
CRM tools will launch as a separate $60/month subscription after the marketplace is established. This ensures the CRM is reliable and fully featured before release. It will include role-specific workflows for DJs, planners, venues, and more.
What happens if a host cancels?
Cancellation policies are set in your contract terms. If a host cancels after paying a deposit, the deposit is handled according to the agreed terms. We facilitate the process but respect your individual policies.
