Every review on our platform is linked to a real, verified event. Our 6-step verification process ensures that reviews come from actual host-vendor collaborations, not fake accounts.
Professional Vetting
Professionals go through an application process before being verified. We review business information, references, and verification documents to ensure legitimacy.
Trust Score System
Every professional has a trust score calculated from verified events, reviews, endorsements, badges, and platform activity. Scores are transparent and cannot be purchased.
Dispute Resolution
If something goes wrong, our dispute resolution process provides a fair path forward. Both parties can submit evidence, and our admin team mediates to reach a resolution.
Data Security
Encrypted Data
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and sensitive information is hashed at rest.
Secure Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store credit card numbers on our servers.
Data Export
Users can export all their data at any time from the Settings page.
Account Deletion
Users can permanently delete their accounts. Personal data is anonymized upon deletion.
